Sobhasaria Group of Institutions, Sikar is an IAO and NBA Accredited premier technical institute of Rajasthan, approved by AICTE New Delhi and affiliated to RTU, Kota, imparting B. Tech. in Biotech, CS, ECE, EE, ME and Civil along with MAM, M. Tech. and MBA in various streams. Sikar is located at 110 kilometers from Jaipur, Rajasthan. It takes about two hours drive from Jaipur to venue of the Conference. The weather in Sikar is cool with temperature ranging 15-20o  C. Heavy woolen clothes are needed in night time.

 Sikar, gateway to Shekhawati is well connected to various parts of the country through roads and railways. It is a unique place for its attraction of traditional Havelies and world famous temple like Salasarji, Khatushyamji, Jeenmataji and Shakambariji etc. Thousands of people from all over the world visit Sikar every year.
